Mara is a trial lawyer with extensive courtroom experience. She has been with Hall Law since 2017. Mara previously practiced in the areas of personal injury, products liability, and medical malpractice at a law firm in Fargo, ND, where she tried numerous cases.
Mara was selected for the 2019 and 2020 Minnesota Rising Star lists by Super Lawyers, as well as the 2016 and 2017 Great Plains Rising Stars lists. She was also included in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 list for Minnesota and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys’ list of Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40 in Minnesota.
Mara serves on the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Association of Justice and is a member of the North Dakota Association of Justice, the Stearns-Benton County Bar Association, and the John E. Simonett Chapter of the American Inns of Court. She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.
Mara earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law. While in law school, Mara served on the editorial board and article review board of Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law, and she was recognized for her pro bono work at Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota.
