Our office is located near the intersection of Highway 23 and 10th Avenue South, just across the highway from scenic Lake George Park.
St. Cloud City Hall sits almost due south of us, and the St. Cloud Police are to our northwest. We are just a few blocks from the banks of the Mississippi River, right down W St. Germain St from the St. Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center.
St. Cloud State University is situated to the southeast of our offices, and you’ll find the St. Cloud Hospital to the north. We are also right across the street from the Paramount Center for the Arts.

From the South: Take 9th Ave S north until it turns into 10th Ave S. Turn left at the crossroad of W St. Germain St where 10th Ave S turns into 10th Ave N, and our offices will be on your left.
From the West: Take Hwy 23/1st St S to the 10th Ave S exit. Turn left at the crossroad of W St. Germain St where 10th Ave S turns into 10th Ave N, and our offices will be on your left.
From the East: Take Hwy 23/2nd St S to the 10th Ave S exit. Turn left at the crossroad of W St. Germain St where 10th Ave S turns into 10th Ave N, and our offices will be on your left.

When you visit our office, you can park in the lots conveniently located outside the building. The Paramount Performing Arts Center also has parking available across the street. You can also park at the Centre Square Ramp that’s 2 blocks away, and the Swan Lot that’s 5 minutes walk from our office.
