David Pagel

David joined Hall Law, P.A. in May 2021 after clerking for the Honorable Tracy L. Perzel in Dakota County District Court. David is a member of the Minnesota Association of Justice and serves on the Military & Veterans Affairs council within the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.

David graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, David served as an Associate, then Managing Editor of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review and completed Minnesota Rule 114 Qualified Neutral training. Prior to law school, he graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Military Science. He also gained experience working for a large insurance company for almost five years prior to attending law school. 

In his free time, David serves as a Captain in Minnesota National Guard where he is active in the Minnesota National Guard Association and United States Field Artillery Association. He was recently honored with being inducted into the Honorable Order of Saint Barbara’s, reserved for those who have displayed exceptional professional competence and significant contributions to the Army Field Artillery.
