OUR FEES

We charge a contingency fee. This means we are paid only if we win. At the end of the case we are paid a percentage of what we obtain on your behalf.

There are no fees unless and until we collect on your behalf. Calling us is free. Meeting with us is free. Talking with us is free.

The reason we work on a contingency basis is simple. Most of our clients are normal people who have been injured as a result of someone else’s negligent behavior. Our client’s need help, and most of them do not have thousands of dollars available to pay a lawyer for his time. By working on a contingency basis, we are able to help people who otherwise simply wouldn’t be able to afford a lawyer.
