They took on my case knowing it was going to be challenging and got results for us. I've cried with them (so many times!) and I've laughed with them. They also always made my daughter comfortable when talking with her.It's bittersweet to say "goodbye" after so long. I was always comfortable talking with them. They were always there for me. I met with Mike Hall at his office in St Cloud. He was extremely generous with his time and knowledge of auto accidents and the medical conditions that arise from these incidents. The first hour we discussed the accident and even after he made it clear that I was not at a point of needing a lawyer he spent almost another hour giving me advice on how to proceed from where I was and what kinds of things to do to get where I wanted to be. His knowledge of the legal process, and even the medical aspect was quite impressive. Unlike the other lawyers I met with he never pressured me to sign or commit to anything. He did however assure me when I was ready he would help. When the time is right, Mike will be my first call.

Although I didn't end up using Hall Law for my case, I can't speak highly enough of Michael Hall. Michael took the time to meet with me, discuss my case, options, and provide advice. The thing I appreciated the most was Michael's transparency. He told me I'd most likely be able to get a better settlement if I did it on my own and without a lawyer. He was able to provide all this good advice even though I wasn't going to be working with him. I highly recommend if you're looking for an honest lawyer.

Knowing that, I knew I made the right choice. After meeting with my lawyer (Mike Hall Sr.) I felt a sense of compassion and understanding. From the moment I was in my accident we, my wife & I, knew we needed to protect ourselves. So, we asked around for a good lawyer. A small handful of people pointed us to Hall Law. Immediately they were there to help, answer questions & to tell us what to expect. First they came to meet us in the hospital and shortly after came to meet with us at our house. They were simply there to ask questions, but more importantly, get to know us. One of the most profound things I remember was how Ray made sure that everything was emphatically my decision. I feel that my team was in my corner for my best interest & not their own. I can not over state those two facts. I don't ever look forward to someone needing a personal injury lawyer, but I do look forward to recommending Hall Law to those who need their help. Simply put... Hall Law was a God send.

Not only did me and my family have to wait years for our settlements , but we didn’t get the money that we initially discussed. We waited 5 years and after they took their cut we weren’t left with very much. I had to hound them everyday to call and get our money from the insurance company that they could never get a hold of. They told me it was all done by email . When the check was finally sent to their office we discovered they send it to the incorrect address so we had to wait again!! What was supposed to be overnighted ended up taking weeks to come. Once i finally received my payment i couldn’t get the minor accounts set up for my children because they didn’t have a file number or the correct wording on the court documents . My credit rating was affected by this because they didn’t take care of my medical bills as promised, and they ended up in collections To say that I was sorry I used this firm is an understatement. It was a living nightmare to work with them.i felt like I kept having to tell them what I needed them to do to get my money, and yet they were getting paid for it. I just hope I’m never in this situation again, but If I am I know I won’t be seeking legal help from here. I would advise you to seek legal counsel elsewhere if you want to expedite your settlement .

It’s been a couple years since I worked with Hall Law. The attorney was so inept that she ended up dropping the case on me stating it was not profitable, paraphrasing. For the quality of work she did I would not has faired as well as I had if she finished working my case. My silver lining was being told it was not worth cost beneficial for the law firm by her.I was able to quickly find another local attorney that did really right by me. They did everything to help me get the care I needed, saw to it I was listened to and overall made me feel whole in my compensation.
