Anju Suresh joined Hall Law, P.A. in September 2014. Anju is originally from India. In 2010 Anju graduated from the University of Iowa, earning the Highest Distinction award while obtaining a degree in Business Administration in Finance. Anju was awarded the Old Gold Scholarship while at Iowa, and in 2011 she obtained a second degree from the University, graduating with a BS in Biology.
After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Anju attended the University of Minnesota Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in May of 2014. During law school, Anju was the President of the South Asian Law Students Association, and was also a member of the Maynard Pirsig Moot Court. She also served as a law clerk for civil firm in Minneapolis, and gained valuable practice experience as a certified student attorney at the University of Minnesota Housing Clinic. While attending law school, Anju also externed for the Honorable Judge Ivy S. Bernhardson of the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota, and Target Corporation. She was admitted to practice in Minnesota State and Federal Court in 2015.
In her free time, Anju enjoys trying out new restaurants and taking her dog, Johnny Boy, on long walks. She is also a trained Indian classical dancer, and currently dabbles in ballroom and Latin dancing.
Anju is an active member of the Stearns-Benton County Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers, Minnesota Association for Justice, John E. Simonett Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and the New York State Bar Association. She is also fluent in Hindi, Malayalam, and Urdu.
